I always come back for the friendly staff and great service. They even helped with my elderly parents. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, bar, restaurant, darts. Can't wait to return for Easter!

I had a great stay at this cozy hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and the staff were welcoming. The family room was warm and the bed was very comfortable for a light sleeper like me. I loved the quirky interior design, especially in the communal areas. The room was clean and had a sink, which was convenient. The balcony was a nice touch and allowed me to relax and people-watch. The location was perfect, right in the center of town. it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely visit again.
That the room I stayed in felt a bit worn and low quality compared to what we paid for. It was more like a budget backpacker's room.

Loved the free parking, had a fun time playing darts at the hotel, and enjoyed the convenience of free WiFi throughout my stay.
Who needs a library or a beautiful garden nearby when you're staying at a hotel? Definitely not me.

Great Location: The hotel is situated in a scenic and historic area, offering beautiful views of the surroundings. Café bar: The on-site café bar is a decent place to grab a bite or a drink, adding convenience to your stay.
Noise: Unfortunately, the hotel suffers from noise issues, especially in the evenings due to the proximity of the kitchen and bar areas. Unfriendly staff: The staff members lacked friendliness and were not very informative during check-in, which made us feel unwelcome.

The rooms with a bunk bed and shower, as example. The staff were very attentive and lively and food was outstanding. Favourable, excellent location close to really easy to get to the beach and the bar/ restaurant and town centre. Also, close to everything.

The location was ideal, right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything Raglan has to offer. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy balcony where we could sit and relax. The communal areas had a charming and homely atmosphere, reminiscent of a grandmother's house, creating a pleasant vibe during our visit.
The external staircase could be a bit tricky to navigate, as the dim light made it difficult to see, posing a safety concern.

We loved the location, just a short walk from the main part of town. The interior had a quirky, old-world charm that reminded us of our grandma's house. The communal areas were welcoming and provided a nice place to relax. The room was clean and had a sink, which was a convenient feature. The balcony was a great spot to sit and enjoy the view. We also appreciated the light and light switch above the bed. Access to a microwave and tea in the communal area was a bonus. it had a pleasant and enjoyable vibe, perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach.
We felt very welcome during our stay, and there was no reason to complain.

my recent stay in raglan was great, but staying at Harbourview was even better. the bar/restaurant facilities were top-notch, with delicious food and excellent service. the location was ideal, and I loved the verandah and upstairs balcony.
Something was off with the check-in and check-out process. little customer service and no info about the accommodation.

Pros of My Mind-Blowing Stay: Loved the quirky grandma's house vibes, fantastic location, friendly staff, impeccably clean room with a convenient sink, balcony to watch the world go by, and a useful light switch above the bed. Access to communal area with microwave and tea. A vibrant, old-worldly place with a beautiful view of the busy main street. The staff were EXCELLENT, facilities extra clean, and the people nice and interesting. Although I didn't have breakfast, I heard it was good. Free wi-fi, free parking, bar/lounge area, restaurant, darts, billiard tables. Highly recommended!
